Felton Hawkins is an internationally recognized leadership development expert, executive coach, organizational strategist, author, and founder of Core Leadership Development.
For more than 40 years, he has trained, coached, and mentored leaders across the United States and internationally — helping organizations strengthen leadership capacity, improve team performance, and navigate complex change. Felton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Hampton University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership — Organizational Development Consulting from Regent University, and a Doctor of Divinity from Providence Bible College and Theological Seminary.
