Felton Hawkins built the CORE Leadership Program on a single conviction: leadership success is rarely a skills problem. It's an identity, accountability, emotional maturity, and execution problem — and skill stacks on top of those, not in place of them.

For years he has coached executives, ministry leaders, and emerging managers through the same internal terrain. The pattern was consistent. Leaders did not need another framework about how to manage tasks. They needed a way to lead themselves first.
